How to use Epsom salts in a bathtub?
Ok, so I just quit football and went straight fight my body is still enough abused and my coach told me to do just "tired" as I suppose that means anyway, recommended bathing in Epsom salt, but do not know how to use it I have a regular bath size, how do I save, I have 3 boxes of 2LB it if this is any use
Only a mug will then sprinkle the bath is full and stir until it dissolves, about 2-3 minutes, then just find and relax.
