Coping with grief after Kettlebell Training
So you made your first course, or just make some new exercises or foot to another level with the heaviest kettlebells. And now that you're wrong. No … CAN-I-go-but usually I-don't-feel-part-pain muscle fatigue. No, you are … CAN-I-just-foot-in-all, the stairs are impossible-and I-you-get-acquisition or the toilet – without the aid of evil. Tonto pain. I want this cry of pain.
Well, good for you!
Since all the time pain is not only stupid, it will really get you down. And let exercise because that you realize that life is not worth living if you can not get off the couch. But I think it is good to feel the pain from time to time often. It is based mental strength and raises the bar on the difficulty you're ready to push. Best of all, you get some rights bragging.
But when you wake up enslaved to the idea of how you feel when you try to get out of bed, all I can think of is to make the pain go away. So how do you do?
First – and especially – to drink plenty water. You should drink half their body weight in ounces every day anyway. Ie If you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink at least 75 ounces of water per day (sorry, other drinks and beer do not count, is the argument of the water does not work). But if you really bad, drink at least a further 32 oz One day, maybe even if you are 64 oz heavier (over 200 lbs.) Do not go overboard and drink several gallons … This is very bad for you. Remember, the point is to moisturize, avoid what you are dehydrated, such as coffee, alcohol and sodium.
Next – and almost as importantly – sleep a little more. Your body heals when you sleep, and you are wrong because it has thousands of microscopic tears in the muscles (and a large amount of lactic acid). Do not worry, these tears are supposed to be there. tears are microscopic causes muscles to grow … when you heal, your muscles become stronger (muscle tears are a major thing completely different and should be avoided entirely). So, give them the rest they need to heal! When I am wishing I was killed, the pain, I am a nap of two hours per day until it disappears. And still sleeping eight hours ago.
Food choices will affect the duration your pity. Eat plenty of protein and green vegetables. Organic foods have more nutrients than the plant material for reproduction and for me worth the extra money. Do not eat shit – the body can not heal itself junk food!
An Epsom salt bath can be very soothing. Do not water too hot, and stays there for 15 minutes or less. Then drink 32 ounces of water and go to bed. Epsom salt detoxifies your body, so it needs more water to flush toxins.
As ridiculous as it sounds, taking a walk will help a lot. Lameness slowly, as a senior in an afternoon walk. Looking to get the blood flowing in your muscles. This is not a workout cardio. When you arrive home after 10-20 minutes, very gently stretch. Do not try to "push" the stretch of a muscle super pain … is more susceptible to damage. It is now time for you so! In my DVD> DVD Kettlebells last way through a long routine, you can follow him.
The massage is another good way to get blood moving through your muscles. Or to help his heart, or do it yourself. Sit back, relax in the affected leg, and gently knead the muscle mass. Again … be sweet. Enter deep massage at the muscle is healing will be no good and bad.
And finally, remember not once in your weekly workout routine, disabling pain that is not a problem.

I have a Shiatsu massage yesterday and my back is so painful. What can I do? ¿?
Someone told me something a long border on a salt bath, but I do not remember if it was episome salts or sea salts. I do not remember. My doctor told me I did, but I'm very bad today. (It was my first massage and my muscles were tight extremily) Thank you all. Hope you do not have bruises. My doctor told me I should get a massage often because of my chronic migraines, I hope not bad all the time. I guess this will improve as I get older. Mojo LOL your crazy.
It is not uncommon, especially for the first Massage. I hope you do not have bruises. Epsom salt bath is good, it will help the hot bath to relax your muscles. can take Advil or ibuprofen 800 mg every 4-6hrs long it can take. Drink plenty of water, you need to clean your system of you may have and will have a lot of toxins that pass through your body. Try not to have a depth of a massage next time, start a little slower and accumulate as you go with your massage.
