What I ask my friends 18yr girl, she was a baby last week and tore two + eating pasta. I told him to take a bath salt to help heal faster, but I do not remember how salt to add. I had salt baths with my first ……. but it was 15 years ago! The memory is not as good as it was! Thank you
Any amount is fine – provided it has a little salt. Also, take an old container and when you fill the toilet bowl with a little warm water and add a small amount of salt.
