soothing bath salt

The baby has a sprain, I can use Epsom salt in your bathroom?
So I went to the doc and told him that cogens a sprain, but I forgot to ask about the Epsom salt I feel bad because he is just starting to crawl and the wrist is hurt. I 'm not entirely sure how the hell twisted it will explore and begin to cry just because it hurts and its almost daily an issue now because he just wants to be on the floor and the fight against when I try to keep = (So I wondered if I could put some Epsom salts in your bath or has anyone other ideas to help calm a little. He will not let me anythign to cool and I will not make hot ice w / e in they just want the most natural. massgaing make that worse or help? I can not remmeber his past and so long that I had a sprain. sorry I forgot he is a lil over 6 months of age.
It's a good idea to give baths and Epsom salts babies, because it attracts all the toxins that can leave quickly if a child is feeling sick, dehydrated and generally miserable. Offering a warm bath up, water, temperature, and the relief of not being "into" the sprain will work just as well without side effects. poor baby! Will heal quickly. Try to encourage some of session "playing for a few minutes here and there, so that your wrist a rest. Sitting on his lap while he read stories is a good way to organize and to heal.
