"I can apply lavender essential oil directly to the bath water?
I've never done a bath with essential oils before. When I researched a little, some websites say that you can apply a few drops directly on the water, others said it must first be diluted with something else. If so, how I can be diluted (with something other than milk)? I have a heat rash and I use something that helps to win, but not irritate the skin too.
Yes you can. Lavender and tea tree oil are essential oils only harbor to apply to the skin undiluted. I put lavender directly on my skin, full of strength, for Burns and just relax. Unless you are allergic to any thing that should have no problem putting in the bath water! Lavender is super good for your skin. If you want to dilute essential oils, use a base oil (I use the jojoba oil that will not hurt grape seed or as some others) if you are applying in the skin. For the bath water, I'm pretty sure one or two drops in a tub of water dilution, the numbers! Good luck with the heat rash.
